IBACREA started in Ibagué, Colombia, where world-class talent often goes unseen. We build careers for that talent and channel it into outstanding work for our clients. Every project we deliver opens a door — for a company that needs great engineers, and for an engineer who deserves a great opportunity.
Story
Our story
We began as a software studio and a developer-training community, convinced that great engineers exist everywhere — but opportunity does not.
Over the years we shipped products for startups and enterprises, trained dozens of developers, and grew a team that takes real ownership of the outcomes it delivers.
Today we focus that experience on AI-accelerated staff augmentation and MSP channel delivery — helping companies and partners scale, while staying true to where we came from.
